1. Call Meeting to Order
2. Welcome & Introductions/Roles Mission of PTO (Mr. Runyon)
Mr. Runyon called the meeting to order and thanked the PTO for providing meals for conferences. Teachers and other staff were very appreciative of the meals and snacks during last Monday's conferences.
3. Fun Spends
$100 for petty cash withdrawl
$474.74 for Hyvee Potato Bar (conference meal 1)
$97.98 reimbursement for Bridget Dries (edible arrangement for office secretary)
Total - $672.73
4. Approval of Financial Report, Budget & Foundation Update(Danielle)

5. Conference Meal changed to March 4th - Everything is set up and good to go for the reschedule date on Tuesday, March 4th.
6. Music BINGO night (March 13th, 6-7:30) - Send communication on Wednesday 2/26. Simple prizes: Hat Day, Lunch with a teacher, glow sticks (end the bingo with a dance party).
7. PTO T-shirts? - New order if anyone is interested
8. Appetite Night Update (Kaitlyn) - Arby's on March 5th (Wickersham Drive near Walmart), Beanery on March 26th.
9. Music Program Auction update - Ends on 2/25 at 8:00pm, winner announced at 9:00 pm.
10. Book Fair & Pancake Man (May 6 or 7) - Pancake Man for Tuesday, May 6th from 5-7 pm.
11. Bench update - Julie at Creative Sites has shared the plan, working on getting time set up to meet about location of benches and installation date.
12. Staff Appreciation Announcement (April 14-18)
13. PTO Interest next year? Placements/Elections in April
