We're thrilled to share that 6 out of 7 goose eggs and 24 out of 25 duck eggs are developing beautifully and on track for a healthy hatch! Today, we welcome 100 adorable baby chickens to our incubator, expanding our farm family. We're delighted to announce that one of our Harvest Hills families, who adopted some of our 2024 hatchlings, will be sharing eggs from their own flock with us this year. We can't wait to incubate and care for the next generation!

We're thrilled to announce the start of our 2025 hatching season at Harvest Hills! A huge thank you to Faulkner Farms for their generous donation of eggs, making this exciting experience possible. Mrs. Stockton begins this year with 7 goose eggs, duck and chicken eggs will soon join! Stay tuned for updates on our hatching journey, and get ready to meet the newest additions to our Harvest Hills family! Pictured: measurements of the eggs to compare sizes. Another egg had a crack in it, so we decided to open it and explore rather than throw it away. There is a white dot indicating it was a fertile egg and an air pocket!
